LEVELS OF PLAY (Fall and Spring)

*During the Summer practices are twice a week, with in-house scrimmages on Saturdays. There are no games offered by the local association leagues during the summer.

Fee Schedule

Fee Requirements

If a player accepts a team assignment that exceeds the initial registration level, then the higher fee for that division, age group, or service level provided (number of practices) applies.

For example, the initial registration was 10U Division 4, but a player plays up to 11U Division 3, then the Division 3 fee and payment plan apply.

Our Fan Shop

Once you register you can order your uniform through our online shop. Each uniform package includes the following:

  • 1 Nike Legend Apple Green Practice Jersey
  • 1 Nike Challenge III Green Game Jersey
  • 1 Set of White Shorts
  • 1 Set of Green Socks

Each uniform kit costs $85 plus tax and shipping.  We prefer to keep uniform styles the same for two years, giving parents an opportunity to save on multiple seasons. The next style change should take place between Summer and Fall of 2022 (subject to change if there are issues with uniform supply from the manufacturer).

Payments, Discounts, and Refunds

Payments

All payments require a credit or debit card. You can also use a personal card or a prepaid card available at retail stores. Checks or cash will not be accepted. Our payment plans include a $25 non-refundable installment fee.

Discounts

Sibling discounts of 10% may be applied to the second child with the same or lower registration fee. Only one sibling discount may be applied to a player account.

Woodlands Residents enjoy a resident discount. Woodlands residents may combine a sibling discount and a Woodlands Resident discount.

All discounts are taken off the last payment in a payment plan.

Regular Season Refunds

Full refunds will be granted if requested:

Fall - before August 22nd

Spring - before January 31st

Summer - before June 15th

Otherwise, refunds are not provided.  We will evaluate special circumstances on a case by case basis. Inter Woodlands FC reserves the right to make a final determination.

COVID-19 / Force Majeure

If there is a COVID-19 shut down (or other force majeure event caused by the government, club, or otherwise) a refund may be requested within 30 days of the end of the player's registration period. Our soccer club has the option to make up for two weeks of shut down at the end of each season.

Covid/Force Majeure Refund Terms

Refunds will only be provided to player accounts paid on time, in full.  Refunds will not be provided to players already receiving a financial need scholarship larger than the potential refund.

 

Covid/Force Majeure Refund Amounts

Refunds for Covid/Force Majeure Shut Down, according to Registration Period:

Spring/Fall (14 weeks) -  4% of fees paid per week

All year (28 weeks) - 2% of fees paid per week
