LEVELS OF PLAY (Fall and Spring)

Note: During the Summer, practices are twice a week, with a third session for in-house scrimmages (3 sessions total per week). This is the same for all divisions. There are no games offered by the local association leagues during the summer.

Fee Requirements

If a player accepts a team assignment that exceeds the initial registration level, then the higher fee for that division, age group, or service level provided (number of practices) applies.

For example, the initial registration was 10U Division 4, but a player plays up to 11U Division 3, then the Division 3 fee and payment plan apply.

Answers to common questions:

1: To qualify as a Woodlands resident, one must pay property taxes to the Woodlands Township.
2: The Woodlands-resident discount is applied mid-season - not at registration.
3: Partial Spring programs start directly after Spring Break and runs through the end of the season.

Goalkeeping Skills Program (NEW)

Once a week, we provide goalkeepers with HIGH-QUALITY and DEDICATED time to work on their skills since that is not always possible during regular training sessions, when coaches focus primarily on the whole team. Limited spots available.

Uniforms

Summer Session: Once you register, click on the PURCHASE UNIFORM for SUMMER button below this section to order the uniform.

  • Required: 1 training jersey

Fall and Spring: To purchase the complete uniform kit, click on the PURCHASE UNIFORM KIT for FALL / SPRING button below this section. The kit costs $100 and will include:

Training: Jersey with club logo.

Game: Jersey with club logo and number, shorts, and socks.

Uniforms will be provided on the fields prior to practice. Practice will not be interrupted for uniform distribution. So, if you arrive late, please get your uniform after practice. Please try on uniforms before taking tags off. If something doesn't fit return it for another size. Uniforms that have been worn or that have had tags removed cannot be returned.   

We prefer to keep the same uniform styles for at least two years, giving parents an opportunity to save on multiple seasons. We suggest that you order your uniform on the larger side, to allow for longer use on growing athletes. The next style change may take place between Summer and Fall of 2024 (subject to change if there are issues with uniform supply from the manufacturer).

Players who register for consecutive seasons will keep their numbers. Players who skip a season may need to repurchase the game jersey if their number has been re-allocated.

Payments, Discounts, and Refunds

Payments

All payments require a credit or debit card. You can also use a personal card or a prepaid card available at retail stores. Checks or cash will not be accepted. Our payment plans include a $25 non-refundable installment fee.

Discounts

Sibling discounts of 10% may be applied to the second child with the same or lower registration fee. Only one sibling discount may be applied to a player account.

Woodlands Residents enjoy a resident discount. Woodlands residents may combine a sibling discount and a Woodlands Resident discount.

All discounts are taken off the last payment in a payment plan.

Regular Season Refunds

Full refunds will be granted if requested within 7 calendar days of registration (for players that did not use a free week trial).

Otherwise, refunds are not provided. We will evaluate special circumstances on a case by case basis. Inter Woodlands FC reserves the right to make a final determination.

COVID-19 / Force Majeure

If there is a COVID-19 shut down (or other force majeure event caused by the government, club, or otherwise) a refund may be requested within 30 days of the end of the player's registration period. Our soccer club has the option to make up for two weeks of shut down at the end of each season.

Covid/Force Majeure Refund Terms

Refunds will only be provided to player accounts paid on time, in full.  Refunds will not be provided to players already receiving a financial need scholarship larger than the potential refund.

 

Covid/Force Majeure Refund Amounts

Refunds for Covid/Force Majeure Shut Down, according to Registration Period:

Spring/Fall (16 weeks) - 4% of fees paid per week

All year (32 weeks) - 2% of fees paid per week
